An ancient Greek philosophy known as stoicism gained popularity among the Romans and attributed to a huge amount of their success. It teaches that putting our attention on what we can control and letting go of what we can't is the best way to live. Included in this are our emotions, which, if we let them, may frequently mislead us.


Being able to manage our emotions and behaviors is one way that Stoicism can be especially applicable to masculinity. Stoicism ultimately provides a distinctive viewpoint on masculinity that emphasizes restraint, reason, and fortitude. It's  not appropriate for everyone, but it can be a helpful tool for men like you who want to have more meaningful and fulfilled lives.
